Express Entry Draw 358 | First PNP Draw In August

On 06 August 2025, the first Express Entry of August ( Express Entry Draw 358) issued 225 invitations to apply (ITA) for permanent residency with a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 739. This draw targeted candidates in the provincial nominee program, and the CRS cut-off score dropped by 49 points compared to the last draw held on July 21, 2025.

The last draw was held on 22 July 2025, issuing 4,000 invitations under the healthcare and social services category. So far, the IRCC has issued 49,628 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.

This year, Express Entry aims to focus on PNP Draws and CEC candidates with French language proficiency. The Express Entry system follows a schedule of Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws to be conducted biweekly.
