This document outlines our immigration consulting firm’s detailed refund policy, specifying the circumstances, procedures, and conditions under which refunds may be granted. We aim to offer our clients reassurance and a comprehensive understanding of our commitment to their complete satisfaction with the immigration process.

General Principles

Our refund policy is crafted to be transparent, equitable, and uncomplicated. We recognize that immigration procedures can be complex, and clients may need to reassess or modify their plans for various reasons. Our policy seeks to balance our commitment to client satisfaction with the necessity of maintaining efficient business operations.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Izago Immigration is dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. We implement reasonable and necessary measures to protect the personal information we collect from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Izago Immigration may utilize and disclose a client’s personal information, as well as that of the client’s family when applicable, for the primary purpose for which it was collected, along with secondary purposes that are reasonably associated with the primary purpose, following the Privacy Act.

Generally, Izago Immigration will disclose a client’s personal information for the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our business operations
  • To provide and promote our immigration services
  • To communicate with the client regarding services and updates
  • To fulfill legal obligations
  • To assist in managing, enhancing, and improving our services

Izago Immigration guarantees that any use or disclosure of personal information is conducted in compliance with relevant laws, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to protecting the privacy of our clients at all times.

Visa Refusal Due to Consultancy Error

In the event that a visa application is rejected due to a verified mistake or oversight on our part, clients may be eligible for a refund. This provision does not extend to refusals resulting from factors beyond our control, such as inaccuracies in information provided by the client, changes in immigration regulations, or decisions made by governmental authorities.

Refund for Withdrawal or IELTS/TEF Failure

Clients acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued if they withdraw, abandon their application, or choose to discontinue the process for any reason after signing up. Clients understand that they are required to take the IELTS/TEF test to demonstrate their English and French language proficiency and to provide the necessary band scores. They recognize that achieving the required scores in IELTS or TEF is essential, and without these scores, the application cannot be submitted to the immigration authority. Furthermore, clients are fully aware that if they are unable to obtain the necessary IELTS or TEF scores or provide the corresponding certificates, they will not be eligible for a refund.

If a visa application is denied for any of the following reasons, Izago Immigration will not provide a refund:

  • The client or their relatives included in the application fail to present a valid medical certificate.
  • The client does not submit a legitimate police clearance certificate that is at least three months old.
  • The client or a family member is unable to demonstrate adequate financial resources for the application.
  • Submission of false documents or information occurs.
  • The client or any family members included in the application have a record of violating immigration or visa regulations.
  • Any additional documents requested by the immigration authority, department, or high commission are submitted late.

Conditions for Non-Refundability

  • All fees paid to government entities for visa applications, report processing, or other official matters are non-refundable, as these are outside the consultancy’s jurisdiction.
  • Fees for external services, such as medical examinations, language assessments, and accreditation evaluations, are also non-refundable.
  • Charges incurred for initial consultations and evaluations are non-refundable.
  • The consultancy will not be liable for refunds if the client fails to provide the required documentation or information necessary to advance their application, leading to delays or denial.
  • Refunds will not be issued for changes in the client’s circumstances, such as alterations in business status, financial situation, or the decision to discontinue the immigration process.
