This experience should have occurred within the last 5 years and must be pertinent to the business you intend to establish in Manitoba.
Language Proficiency	You are required to achieve at least a CLB/NCLC level 5 in either English or French. This requirement ensures that you can effectively communicate and manage your business.
Adaptability	Your spouse has a CLB/NCLC level of 5 or higher, - You or your spouse has resided in Manitoba for a minimum of one year, - Your child is currently enrolled in a study program in Manitoba.
Net worth	Must ensure to have a minimum net worth of CAD 500,000. This amount must be legally acquired and verifiable through financial documentation.
