The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) conducted four draws, issuing over 1,100 candidates across various streams and initiatives.

The Alberta Express Entry Stream – Law Enforcement Pathway is designed for candidates who possess job offers from members of the Alberta Association of Chiefs of Police. This pathway was introduced last year to assist local police services in achieving their recruitment goals.

The Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sectors (Construction) pathway caters to qualified professionals within the construction sector who have identified an eligible occupation as their primary occupation in their Express Entry profile and may hold a job offer in this field from Alberta.

The Dedicated Health Care Pathway is designed for qualified individuals who have received job offers in recognized healthcare professions.

The Alberta Opportunity Stream represented the majority of invitations issued in this round (900). This stream is intended for temporary foreign workers who are employed full-time in Alberta and possess a qualifying full-time job offer from an eligible employer in Alberta.
