Express Entry Draw 405 | Invited 4,000 ITAs

On March 18, 2026, the latest Express Entry draw 405 issued 4,000 invitations to apply for French-language proficiency with a minimum CRS score of 393.

Although this is merely the third French draw, this category has already issued 18,000 ITAs this year, ranking it second only to the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw in total invitations granted.

In 2026, Express Entry draws have demonstrated that Canada's immigration department is primarily concentrating on candidates already residing in the country, especially those who possess provincial nominations and Canadian work experience.
