Manitoba Holds Largest Immigration Draw of 2026

On April 23, 2026, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) issued 308 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across two separate selection components.

Out of the 308 LAAs distributed in this draw, 105 were granted to candidates who submitted a valid Express Entry profile along with a job seeker validation code.
