Quebec Arrima EOI Draw: 238 Invitations Issued on July 17, 2025
On 17th July, 2025, Quebec issued its first 238 invitations under the Skilled Worker Selection Program through the Arrima Expression of Interest system.
The invitation targeted candidates who are already living in Quebec, with an educational credential and work experience, who help to address Quebec’s labor shortages. The draw focused on two streams:
Stream 1 for highly qualified and specialized skills and
Stream 4 for exceptional talent.
Stream 1: Highly Qualified and Specialized Skills
On 17 July 2025, under highly qualified and specialized skills, 216 invitations were sent to individuals to apply for permanent selection under the Skilled Worker Selection Program. To qualify for this stream, individuals need to;
Score 768 points
Be living in Quebec
Have academic qualifications from a Quebec college and a university
Minimum general requirements include
Profession classified under the FEER 0, 1, or 2
Must have at least a year of work experience
Not aiming to practice a regulated profession
Demonstrate level 7 or higher in oral and
Level 5 or higher in written competencies
Stream 4 for exceptional talent
- Under this stream, 22 candidates were invited to apply for permanent selection, who have outstanding professional achievements and recognition.
General minimum requirements include
Must possess one of the following documents
A positive opinion on your targeted occupation from a recognized Quebec ministry partner
An indenture showcasing the exceptional achievements listed by the Ministry of Immigration
Ensure to have three years of work experience over the last five years.
