Must have a minimum of 6 months continuous full-time work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work) in a qualifying mining job in a eligible transport within the past 3 years.
The work experience has to be in an eligible occupation within the transport category.
The minimum language standards of the related Express Entry program must also be met.
At the time of receiving the invitation, he or she must have a valid language test result.
The applicant must meet the educational criteria of the relevant Express Entry scheme.
To be eligible for Draw #434, the CRS score required is 470.
The applicant must comply with IRCC admissibility requirements, including medical and security requirements.
An Invitation to Apply (ITA) must be obtained in order to file the application for permanent residence.
