Manitoba issued 77 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) under the Skilled Worker Stream
Manitoba has invited 77 skilled workers to apply for MPNP in the latest draw conducted by the province on July 5, 2026. The province issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the 13th selection round of 2026 under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The draws are issued in two categories, aiming to address the workforce backlog both locally and by attracting overseas professionals in highly skilled sectors.
There are two invitation routes under the Manitoba PNP:
Skilled Worker in Manitoba
Skilled Worker Overseas
Candidates planning to relocate to Canada for job opportunities have a strong chance of applying through Manitoba's Skilled Worker stream. To qualify for consideration by the province’s immigration department, professionals must declare in their Expression of Interest (EOI) profile that they are invited under the recruitment draw or Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Candidates (TPP), which is now expired.

What does the latest Manitoba PNP draw mean for immigrants?
The latest selection round under MPNP signals a positive outlook for skilled immigrants who are highly qualified and seeking high paying job opportunities in Canada. The federal and provincial governments are constantly issuing invitations under several categories, such as skilled workers, Express Entry draw, Base PNP draw, and occupation specific category, reflecting workforce shortages in the province while retaining highly skilled global workers in the country who can contribute to employers’ goals and the economic goals of the province simultaneously.
The large number of invitations issued by each of the 11 provinces and the Express Entry draws mean that the country has an active focus on maintaining a stable population while addressing regional market needs and providing good salary packages. If an individual is seeking stable career growth, Manitoba is currently the top choice for kickstarting a professional journey.
