- Have completed one year of post-secondary level apprenticeship, training, or education equivalent to the Canadian system, resulting in a Degree, Certificate, or Diploma. If obtained outside Canada, an Educational Credential Assessment is required.
- Possess a minimum of one of the following experience requirements in your area of occupation, training, or education:
- One year of work experience in a non-trades skilled profession within the last 10 years.
- Two years of work experience in a skilled trade within the last 5 years. One year of work experience in Canada (both non-trades and trades) within the last 3 years.
- Have work experience in a high-skilled NOC occupation 0, B, or A that is not on the disqualified occupation list.
- Obtain relevant licensure in Saskatchewan if your profession is a skilled trade or regulated, which requires a certificate from the Saskatchewan Trade Certification and Apprenticeship Commission.
- Provide a settlement plan and evidence of sufficient settlement funds.

The province of Saskatchewan holds the Saskatchewan PNP draw on a regular basis. Through the drawings, it searches for applicants in the IRCC Express Entry pool who can meet the requirements of any of the Express Entry-aligned Saskatchewan immigration streams. How are Saskatchewan PNP points calculated?
The SINP Points Calculator, also known as the Nomination Assessment Grid for Saskatchewan, plays a crucial role in evaluating the eligibility of applicants for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). This assessment is skill-based and facilitates the
immigration of highly skilled individuals to the province of Saskatchewan.
The assessment grid allocates a maximum of 110 points to applicants, and a minimum of 60 points is required to qualify for the program. Candidates are given points under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Programme based on the following five criteria:

You must be under 50 years old at the time of or prior to the submission of an application to SINP. For this factor, a maximum of 12 points may be obtained.

2) Education:

The calculation of points only considers experience from the last five years. Your claimed job experience must be relevant to the one profession you specified in your application. For this factor, a maximum of 15 points may be obtained.
