- 1 year of work experience in Canada (both trades and non-trades) within the last 3 years.
- Possess work experience in a high-skilled NOC occupation level 0, B, or A not on the disqualified occupation list.
- Obtain appropriate licensure if your occupation is a skilled trade or regulated. This involves obtaining a certificate from the Saskatchewan Trade Certification and Apprenticeship Commission for skilled trades.
- Develop a settlement plan and demonstrate evidence of settlement funds.

- Pilot Project in the Hospitality Sector

- Long Distance Truckers
Long-haul truck drivers who are employed in Saskatchewan and have a current Provisional Work Permit are eligible to apply for a permanent resident visa under this sub-stream.
- Alberta Student Stream
